La proximité avec la plage, la piscine dans la résidence,une résidence sécurisée ,un personnel agréable et à l'écoute.L'appartement est bien équipé, parfait pour une famille. Propriétaire joignable et agréable.

L'aire de jeux pour les enfants dans la résidence devrait être rénovée car beaucoup de jeux cassés ou délabrés...c'est dommage... Il devrait y avoir pour chaque fenêtre des gardes corps pour la sécurité des plus petits...
