The property itself is quite new and well located and well maintained. The room and bathroom were very big and clean. Every room had a balcony which was also lovely. Hot water was available all the time which was a big positive. The food was excellent and the staff was also great. They were very pro-active and they did everything possible to make our stay very comfortable. The room itself did not have a fan and basically when we asked for a stand fan, they were kind enough to help arrange for one and put it in our room. There is an electricity issue across Ladakh and every place we went to made sure to mention this detail to us so that we were aware and prepared, including this hotel so we were expecting the same and it did not really bother us.

It was a little tough to locate the hotel as the maps location was not very accurate and there was no visible signage on the roads leading to the hotel. We had to call the phone number provided to find out exactly where to go. Although the room is huge and very spacious and I understand that most times through the year its cold and there's no electricity most of the time so people don't really need a fan, I do think providing a stand fan would be helpful or just some form of ventilation / an air vent/ window that could be kept open at night as we couldn't keep one open as otherwise the insects would come in from the garden. Basically would have liked a little bit of ventilation in the room and bathroom.

The property is aesthetic and brings you close to the nature.

Location is kind of secluded. No proper signage.

My package hotel told was MAP, but I had opted for only room, as I could not have access to internet I had to pay what they asked for ie Rs.4032/

Very limited choice for breakfast - only basic fare but adequate. The caretaker Ganesh was very helpful.

The location could have been better. It took some time to find it.

Electricity issues. But that is not because of the hotels problem. Entire Hundar valley has this problem

Room, washroom and staff.

Super clean, spacious room, large super clean bathroom, 24 hrs running hot & cold water, good food, excellent service from all the three caretakers. Ganesh needs a special mention as I have rarely met such a service oriented humble but clear guy in hospitality industry. The way he was handling a foreigner couple speaks volumes of his abilities.

Round the clock power is not there like any other part of Nubra valley. However one bright light in the room & one in bathroom was available always.

The approach was not very clear. The signboard should be placed at a more visible location on the approach road. Liquid soap dispenser should be provided.
