La ubicación es excelente, aunque no tenga acceso para personas de movilidad reducida

El lugar parece estar a medio gas, hay estancias cerradas, hay zonas comunes que no son accesibles, se accede a traves de un parking y nos tocó una habitación con muchísimo ruido

La stanza era molto accogliente e pulita; staff gentile e disponibile. La vista che dava sul mare era qualcosa di unico

La stanza era davvero molto bella, spaziosa con tanti affacci particolari, il terrazzo, nello specifico, affacciava sul mare. Ho trovato il tutto molto romantico. Si è abbastanza autogestiti al momento dell’arrivo, ma comunque il personale è sempre disponibile, pronto e gentile nell’accogliere ogni richiesta o eventuale problematica. La struttura è a due passi dal centro e da qualsiasi tipo di servizio necessario, con due spiagge (un lido e una spiaggia libera) ad una scalinata di distanza dalla struttura. Il tutto immerso nella quiete, nella pace. Ci si fa coccolare dal suono delle onde e da un panorama speciale.

The smell of sewage in room no 3 was awful. I couldn't sleep. I could not gain access through the outer door as I had not been given a key or key code to get the key leaving me wandering around for an hour in the dark as there were no lights on the terrace. I could not contact the manager as the phone supplied on bookings was turned off. It was my worst experience of anywhere I've ever stayed and was given no customer service when I made a complaint to the manager. The cleaner tried to assist me which was very nice of her. I was instructed to go through bookings.com with my complaint and the manager hung up the phone.
