Great location nearby the central parking place and in the center of Sienna. Host was very friendly and easy to reach with great tips for food. Hotel is cosy and a bit classic, really nicly matching the city vibe. Great place to stay.

The breakfast was good but the bread could be better.

Man hat sich so gefühlt,als ob man in einem alten Palazzo geschlafen hat. Viele schöne alte Möbel. Das Bad war einigermaßen groß und in guten Zustand. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und konnten meistens englisch. Das Frühstück war zwar nicht sonderlich reichhaltig aber gut. Wir duften mit unserem Kleinkind schon eher einchecken. Der Kinderstuhl im Frühstücksraum war super. Die Lage war grandios. Man konnte alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straße war Nachts auch ruhig. Die Klimaanlage hatte einen super leisen Nachtmodus. Im Aufenthaltsraum konnte man sich was warmes zu trinken machen und gemütlich sitzen und lesen.

Es war teilweise hellhörig. Man konnte immer hören wenn jemand im Flur gegangen ist. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Wer laufbeeinträchtigt ist, hat möglicherweise Probleme mit den Treppen. Wir konnten den Kinderwagen zum Glück unten lassen.

Tout. La chambre, le personnel ( la dame du petit déjeuner était très gentille), la propriété, l'emplacement. Et Siena! Je me sentais dans un autre monde!

"Lovely hotel in an excellent location within walking distance of all major sights, shops and bars"

Location was excellent, staff were really pleasant and helpful.

Beds were a bit too hard (as were the pillows). Breakfast was simple and not filled up when we went later.
