Everything was just perfect. You really feel immersed in the noble medieval atmosphere of Siena. The rooms are truly impressive, with frescoes in a typical Italian style, and the location is right in the heart of the old town. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful

Breakfast was plentiful and had everything you need. I just would’ve preferred freshly baked croissants instead of pre-packaged ones. Still, the food and coffee were very good
