Villa Fauster Pustrabase

Very clean and modern apartment. Great location, close to the train station and several shops close to the building.

Two minor things: - the matterace on bed is not to comfy (too soft); - kitchen should be equipped with more cutlery.

We had a lovely 3 night stay in one of the apartments. The room was clean, modern, warm & cosy. We particularly liked having two balconies, even if one (the better one) was in the bathroom. A huge perk of the apartment was having a smart tv, especially when you arrive & it unexpectedly starts snowing. We did prefer Dobbiaco for meals, coffee & food shopping, but Villabassa is still a nice area.

The sensor light in the hall was so bright and comes on constantly. I couldn’t find switch for the kitchen led lights so they stayed on.

The host was very rude, the place not like in the picture, I left asking for a refund but they didn't give me my money back. When I have asked the reason why they said it's because I have booked using booking and I shouldn't have done it! They said "next time book though us" ....REALLY NOT PROFESSIONALS AND HORRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE! I've been to other places 100 times nicer and with friendly staff and hosts!

only one thing, I thing, when I booking this apartments, I automatically must receive instructions on how to get to the apartmets ....that I must go to the web page of this apartments find IBAN pay tourist tax end else.....because when you go more than 1500km, and before this work, and before this you have another instructions for the arriving to the apartments, it's a bit complicated, and better with foto, but ok, its not at first...

We booked a separate bedroom sadly the room was a studio and this did not suit our needs No range hood so cooking smell in room and a strange drain smell in bathroom
