L'hôtel propose un service de navette pour l'aéroport mais fait payer des frais de parking excessifs sans rapport avec la réalité..

Bed was comfortable, airport transfer convenient as a solo female traveller (but not complementary as per the other reviews)

Staff very rude and dismissive, laundry service overpriced and items lost, walls very thin so was woken up through the night (once by what sounded like someone hoovering), street noise as to be expected.

The staff is helpful and pleasant. I felt safe here, with them and in the neighborhood. Their attached restaurant is quite good with Kerala specialty dishes. Bed comfortable. Bathroom fine. The rooms have windows, which is a must for me, so I don't feel boxed in. The shuttle was free for airport drop, but chargeable for the pickup.

Floors are dirty, make my feet black. The WIFI is unsecured. This seems a simple thing, why don't they remedy that? One room had an AC that didn't work, so they moved me. The next room had an AC that wouldn't adjust for temperature, so it's either ON or OFF. The hot water in the shower goes cool in just a few minutes. The hotel is on a noisy, heavily trafficked road, but that is not the management's fault, of course. Overall the complaints are not much, quite manageable and I would stay here again.

Rooms are okay but not upto the mark

This is an old building. Bathrooms are bad . Sometimes you can see cockroaches near the bed. The hotel has a in-house restaurant , where you won’t have any options. We were served with Idli and omlette.
