Serengeti Luxury Retreat

Unser Aufenthalt in der Lodge war unvergesslich. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön in die Natur integriert, sodass man zahlreiche Tiere aus nächster Nähe in ihrem natürlichen Lebensraum beobachten kann. Unser Guide Denis hat uns viele Tiere hautnah gezeigt und damit unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Wenn ihr das Glück habt, mit ihm auf Tour zu gehen, könnt ihr euch wirklich freuen. Im Camp hat sich Daniel hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Er hat uns alle schönen Ecken der Unterkunft gezeigt und sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts stets aufmerksam und herzlich um uns gesorgt. Wir waren während der Regenzeit dort und konnten beeindruckende Naturschauspiele wie starken Regen beobachten und trotzdem alle Tiere sehen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal zur Hauptsaison zurückkommen, können aber auch einen Besuch in der Nebensaison absolut empfehlen.

Diese Safari-Lodge ist einfach fantastisch. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich sofort herzlich willkommen. Die Lodge selbst bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Serengeti, die jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Stilvoll eingerichtet, toll ausgestattet und geschmackvoll gestaltet – hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Großer Dank geht an unseren Ranger Denis, der einen top Job gemacht hat. Seine Expertise, Freundlichkeit und Leidenschaft für die Tierwelt haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Das Essen war absolut unglaublich gut und abwechslungsreich – jeden Abend eine neue, köstliche Überraschung, die keinerlei Wünsche offenlässt. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die eine erstklassige Safari mit hervorragendem Service, beeindruckender Natur und unvergesslichen Erlebnissen suchen.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional service. The staff is not only incredibly charming but also goes above and beyond to ensure every detail of your stay is perfect. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness made me feel truly cared for throughout my visit. The entire experience at Serengeti was nothing short of fantastic. From the breathtaking sunsets to the seamless hospitality, everything came together to create an unforgettable stay. Whether it was arranging special lunches or anticipating my needs before I even asked, the staff made the trip extraordinary. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking both adventure and comfort, an outstanding blend of nature’s beauty and world-class hospitality.

My trip was too short, only 3 days long.

The tent is furnished and decorated to a high standard, and setting on a hill facing 2 vallies with stunning views. The food is so delicious and tasty and cooked by professional and friendly chiefs. Finally,  the staff were really amazing and helpful, especially the manager Ommie , the butler Elly and our driver and guiding tour Denis. We really had an unforgettable experience which well last long.

Das Personal war hervorragend! Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt! Da meine Mutter Rollstuhlfahrerin ist, wurden die Wege (durch Steine begrenzt) sofort breiter gemacht, sodass das Schieben des Rollstuhls wesentlich einfacher war. Alle Personen wurden uns sofort vorgestellt und wir brauchten uns um nichts zu kümmern! Unser room attendant (Alfons) war sehr respektvoll und hilfsbereit, so wie das ganze Personal! Wir haben sehr viel gelacht und uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt! Auch der Koch, bzw. das Küchenpersonal hat exquisites Essen zubereitet und persönliche Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt! Besonders zu erwähnen sind die Kellner, z.B. Emmanuel, der uns immer begleitet hat und uns sehr herzlich, humorvoll und hilfsbereit zur Seite stand! Unser persönlicher Safari-Guide 'Denis' war top! Wir haben nicht nur sehr sehr viele Tiere mit ihm gesehen, er hat uns auch so viel erklärt, das hätten wir uns nicht im Vorhinein vorstellen können! Nicht nur über die Tiere, sondern auch über das Leben in Tansania allgemein! Einen ganz besonderen Dank an ihn! Auch dafür, dass er so herzlich zu meiner Mutter war und jeder Trip auch für sie nicht zu anstrengend gestaltet wurde! Er stand jederzeit für uns bereit! Zum Abschluss wurden wir so herzlich verabschiedet (mit Gesang und Tänzen), dass wir gar nicht mehr nach Hause wollten! Vielen Dank an das ganze Personal!

Fue una experiencia inolvidable. Las habitaciones están increíbles, muy bonitas, con vistas espectaculares. El staff te hace sentir como en casa. Daniel se encargó de que no faltara nada y estuvo disponible 24 horas. El chef Cali, al saber que somos mexicanos, nos personalizó nuestro menú a comida mexicana. Sin duda es la primera vez que me dio tristeza irme de un hotel 10/10

We truly had one of our best travel experiences ever. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with singing and dancing, which immediately made us feel special. The entire staff was incredibly friendly—more like family than hotel staff. The location itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Serengeti. The resort facilities are top-notch. The tents are beautifully decorated and furnished, offering comfort while blending perfectly with the natural surroundings. We had amazing close encounters with zebras just outside our tents, and at night, we could hear lions roaring nearby—an unforgettable and thrilling experience. Ommairi, the manager, was outstanding and ensured everything ran smoothly. Our safari guide, Steven, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and a true expert in wildlife. His open safari vehicle was especially perfect for photography, giving us clear, unobstructed views. We were sent off with more singing and dancing, which was a lovely and emotional farewell. The only thing we would recommend adding is a small air heater for the very cold nights and early mornings in July. Aside from that, everything was truly exceptional.
