Hotel Kerber

Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Kerber was very disappointing due to a combination of missing service, maintenance, and safety issues. The room had several problems that should have been addressed long ago. The bathroom light could not be switched off at all, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable. More concerning was the presence of a power outlet in the shower area, which appeared to be a serious electrical safety hazard. Another power outlet in the room was detached from the wall and could not be safely used. The air conditioning was not functioning properly. With outside temperatures around 35°C, the room remained excessively warm and poorly ventilated, making it difficult to rest or sleep comfortably. In addition to the room issues, I was unable to obtain an invoice despite requesting one, and a lunch box that had been requested was not prepared. These are only some of the issues encountered during my stay. In my opinion, several of them go beyond ordinary inconveniences and raise legitimate health and safety concerns. The property urgently requires maintenance and improvements to ensure guests can stay safely and comfortably. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel until these issues are properly addressed.

El acceso a los dormitorios pasa por áreas de servicio, no está bien vestibulado y las escaleras son la única opción para subir donde carece de un punto de atención como un lobby. Sin embargo es una buena opción para pasar unas pocas noches.

Cosy and charming hotel with the perfect location in the city center, where you find many restaurants just around the corner. It's clean and tidy, offers a generous breakfast, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
