Paradise Beach Apartment

It’s good but someone take care once we arrive there property

No reception or responsible person was there

Few steps from the beach Quiet. Spotless. Very very clean. Cool AC with fan. Host is very accommodating and Nice. Reasonable price.

It had everything we needed- a complete kitchen, a working wifi, plenty of space, and just a few steps to the beach

The apartment buildiing is located in Angol , Station 3. If you need to buy essentials from the wet market, you have the option to ride an ebike which cost 100.00 as it is consiidered as a special trip, or just walk along the shore that leads to stations 1 and 2.. The edifice was a bit old yet it has a solid reputation. We’re able to have conversations with some locals and returning travellers and we found out that the edifice is being considered as one of the most preferred place to stay beause of its affordable price and its serene environment. In addition, distance of the apartment to the beach is just a stone thrown away. As for our stay, Sir Marlon together with Ms Jennylyn were very helpful and amiable. You can feel their sincerity and care. We had a very confortable stay and it felt like you never left home mainly because a full kitchen set was readily available, the rooms were spacious and it has a stable internet connectivity. For those who are planning to have a cost-effective travel, I definitely recommend this apartment!

The owner is very accommodating to our request. I would say he provided us extra mile services and I would love to book the property again when I visit boracay. The property is also within the proximity of the front beach where you can swim and sunbathing. It's also near establishment where they offer good food and drinks. It's 1km to 2km away via beach walk to Vhub and D'mall where you can locate restaurants, spas, and pasalubong centre. The place is also peaceful and I love that we almost solo the front beach while enjoying the sunrise and sunset.

The studio is spacious, featuring a king-size bed, fan, air conditioning, strong Wi-Fi, and a generator in case of blackouts. It’s a quiet retreat located near the end of Station 3, offering the perfect balance—close enough to enjoy the beach and sunset, yet far from the crowds. From my perspective, that’s a privilege. There are several restaurants nearby, including a delicious Thai restaurant just around the corner and a great spot for affordable massages at the Nagisa Japanese restaurant next door. A big thanks to Marlon, who provided the best tips for my stay! He was incredibly attentive to all my questions and gave me detailed guidance on how to reach the apartment, where to eat, what to do, and even recommended a great tattoo artist.

Bed is comfy, location is good

The apartment I’m sure has a problem with damp or humidity that’s I’m certain made me ill. Also the smell from the bathroom drains is vile and I think is a real issue. I had Marlon over to try fix it and the pungent smell came back within a few hours. Marlon is lovely but I think the property is completely worn down from the outside in. It’s a shame because the apartment itself is ok (not great but ok). WiFi is great too.
