SEStaff was friendly and helpful, good location once you found the place.
First off all a nightmare to find the place as there are no signs of any placement of where the different places are. Apartments are scattered randomly everywhere and at one point it went from 54 to 56 and we had booked 55 which was at a completely different location. Then once we found it it was completely dark without any lights next to the parking or next to the apartment. Bedding was not included for something that cost 1300 euro for 4 nights, it was 20 euro extra for each set and we took 4, thinking that it was one set for the main bedroom which it was not, it required two sets. We also only got two rolls of toilet paper for a whole family over 5 days. The balcony door has a specific way of locking it which was not instructed anywhere so first night had to sleep with it unlocked until someone came to show us the next day as we thought it was broken at first. Bad experience overall. The pillows were as thick as air and my head felt lower than my body at night, very uncomfortable beds.
