Good location , private parking

The owner requested 20 e more than the price on booking.com for 2 nights. Extremely unpleasant guy. We stayed here because it was late at night and I didn't want to look for another place. He give me back the money at the end of my stay only because he was afraid of a bad review. Avoid

"Very comfortable studio apartment"

This studio apartment is located in a private villa with very friendly and accommodating hosts. The apartment is very clean, it is located near the Zvezda forest but has an excellent connection to the city. One minute from the apartment is public transport from where you can go to the center in 20 minutes and to all other parts of the city. We had private parking which is free. Due to its affordable price, the apartment exceeded my expectations.

Close to pulic transport

What a 22 day MISTAKE ! Place is a DIY disaster in the attic above the owners family home of 4. Owner, a control freak, watches as you come and go wants to know where you go and what you do also, very intimidating! Enters your room while you not there. Peep through kitche window with no curtain to check up on you. All "curtains" are too short and narrow. Half kitchen cabinets missing. Exposed electrical wiring. Tiny little shower/toilet, that reaks of raw sewradge. Room becomes very tuffy/smelly due to no safe window to leave open for ventilation. His son works online talking loud till 4-5 am, walls are EXTREMELY thin. When I complined he pulled a fuse out for the washing machine he wanted to charge me 5e a load extra! Induction H/P only worked for the first week. Anoyng front gate which you must unlock and lock with a key everytime you go through, I guess just another way of control. VERY HAPPY TO BE OUT OF THERE day earlier than booked for ! "Happy stays" !

Nice flat, very clean. Good location. Tram to the city center and New Belgrade in 15 minutes walk, trolleybus to the railway station is 1 minute walk away.
