The area is old. It is well suited for studying how people lived in small towns in the USSR. There is a smell in the apartment.

The apartment was clean ,and the host provided everthing needed for a one night stay. Keys were easy to get , all info was provided.

I think the oven didn't work (i couldn't get it to work). There is a breeze from the living room to the bathroom when you open the window.

Apartment is very quiet, light and comfortable. Self checking is very convenient, spend 3 days here without any distractions.

However a lot still needs to be improved. Apartment smells freshly painted, would be very necessary any clothes hanger in the corridor, a mirror in the bathroom. The kitchen faucet is broken, the wardrobe door doesn't work, the bathroom door can't be locked, the oven doesn't work properly, it's full of dust and the remains of old food. The staircase and the area outside the apartment can be culture shocking for a person who has not lived in post-Soviet countries 😅 but I understand that the owner cannot change anything there. Recommendation - to improve the apartment or lower the price so that it is equal to what is expected in the apartment.

there were nicely prepared hygenic utensils. And a jar with love chewing gums came by :) The only thing in the bathroom was a bad smell and water was leaking from the bathtub. the apartment was kept clean, my recommendation is that a small cosmetic repair should be done. Not bad for a one night stand.
