Perfect central location in the hearth of Pisa. 10 min walking distance from main attractions (Leaning Tower of Pisa , Lungarni etc), restaurants&bars, shops as well as train station which makes perfect spot to visit other parts of Tuscany or Cinque Terre. Apartment is spacious and bright with renovated bathroom and kitchen. Clean and well organized. Self check-in and check-out turned out very comfortable with clear instructions how to get to the apartment. Host was very responsive and always available to help. Would stay here again

Note that apartment is located next to one of Pisa’s main squares which gets busy at night, if you’re light sleeper be aware of that. As indicated by other quests, steep stairs to reach the apartment

The apartment is very difficult to access, as it is reached via very steep, narrow stairs to the top floor of the building. The instructions for getting to the apartment are in Italian and are not understandable. The apartment itself is dark because the shutters are stuck and cannot be opened. Inside, it feels dirty, and there is no shampoo or body wash available. The airport transfer that is advertised in the listing was also not possible to arrange, even though we inquired about it the day before. There are two large beds, but the sofa where the fifth person was supposed to sleep does not unfold, is very dirty, and only two sheets, without a pillow, were provided for sleeping on it. This stay will definitely not be remembered fondly.

The town is nice, but there is nothing to like about the accommodation

It was pretty bad from the start. I am 1.78 m talland I hardly got to the lock box which is high up in a dark alley. We were two people, but got only one key. Our stay was two weeks and there was nothing for that length, we had to get toilet paper, and sponges... in fact, there was no material to properly wash the dishes and apparently past guests simply did not wash them and all dishes were dirty. There are no darkening curtains, the kitchen has hardly anything to cook with, there were two laundry tabs and two tea bags... insufficient and they were together, so you could get your soapy tea.... and the rental was expensive. What a disaster! This was a last minute booking, but it would be better to book away from Pisa and commute rather than face these conditions.

The location was very noisy. Outside a very busy square and people outside drinking until very late. Could hear everything. Television did not work. No curtains in our bedroom.

The location is ideal if you want to be near the shops or a short stroll to the station

The apartment is in a very noisy location, you need to keep the windows closed otherwise it would be very unpleasant. 49 steep steps to the apartment .... Some of the furnishings are passed their best.... drawers falling to bits in the bedroom, stains on the sofa and lounge carpet.

Management was extremely helpful and attentive! Would definitely stay here again. It exceeded my expectations.
