GBVery comfortable appartement, spacious, quiet. Lovely host. Good location away from the main road; we liked staying in Orahovac rather than Kotor or Perast, which are busier with people and traffic.
Rather expensive. (Not saying that it’s not worth it but this was the most expensive 3-night stay of our 2-week holiday)
ILברצועת החוף של קוטור וסביבתה יש אינסוף דירות נופש. אינסוף. מה שחשוב ממש לשים לב הם 3 מרכיבים: 1. חניה זמינה. 2. קירבה במרחק הליכה לחוף ים. 3. מיזוג מעולה. את כל אלה יש בדירה. היינו בדירת 3 חדרים. גדולה- מוארת- ממוזגת. ממש מתחת למתחם מסעדה מקומית מעולה ובמרחק חציית כביש חוף ים מהמם עם כסאות, שמשיות ומסעדה. אשת הקשר זמינה, שירותית ועוזרת בכל שאלה

GBEverything! Orahovac was an excellent base for exploring the Bay of Kotor. It's central, small, and much calmer than other towns and villages nearby. The apartment was also ideally located, with a fabulous restaurant at the bottom of the property, an excellent beach bar 5 minutes walk away, and the free and very clean beach next to the bar. The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The views were great! It had all the conveniences for a family of 6 people for 4 nights. The private parking spots were great. The host Una was very helpful and hospitable. She was always easily contactable by WhatsApp and she always made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Una!
Nothing! Maybe in the future, an umbrella for the large open terrace would be great, but honestly we didn't find this to be an issue at all. There was shade on the balcony and we enjoyed sitting there every evening.

DEUna war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat schnell auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich schön eingerichtet. Die nahe Strandlage (Grota Beach Bar - nur paar Minuten zu Fuß). 40€ pro Set (2 Liegen + Sonnenschirm). Günstiger: Bajova Kula - 5 min. mit dem Auto. 30€ Set. Trotz Hauptstraße war es sehr ruhig.
Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig (Haare im Bad, schmutzige Küche, benutzte Flaschen im Kühlschrank von den vorherigen Mietern). Es fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie zusätzliche Kissen, Decken, Spülmittel etc. Der Hausflur und der Balkon waren voller toter Insekten. An zwei Tagen gab es jeweils stundenweise kein Wasser – mit Baby besonders problematisch. Dafür kann der Gastgeber zwar nichts, da das gesamte Gebiet betroffen war, dennoch hätten wir uns ein preisliches Entgegenkommen gewünscht.
