מקום מהמם, מרווח מאוד, מרגישים שהשקיעו המון מחשבה בתכנון עד הפרטים הקטנים. מטבח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך (אנחנו בשלנים) מיטה נוחה עם נוף לאגם וחניה צמודה לבניין הסלון, גם כן, משקיף לאגם והנוף פשוט מדהים. לא שומעים את הרעש מבחוץ כלל (האיזור גם ככה יחסית שקט). יש מרפסת שממש כיף לשבת בה
