Not convenient to check in, no proper guidance and slow

Bad maintenance, room is dirty, gloomy Air conditioner is seem not service for long time as we are having cough and sore throat.

Property not cleaned. All the dirts & rubbish left my the previous tenant not cleaned by them. Rubbish in the bin, hairs on the floor, left over food in the sink & fridge, cockroach on the floor . Bed sheet not changed, full of hairs on the pillow case & bedsheet . I need to call them up to clean the room.

Hold my deposit to long....I asking for deposit..no respond...

my dissatisfaction with the quality of my stay unfortunately, I encountered several issues that impacted my experience: The bed linens (including the blanket) had an unpleasant, musty odor. The veil or curtains in the room also emitted a stale smell. The towels provided were similarly odorous and uncomfortable to use. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and inconsistent, making it difficult to use my devices. The TV in the room did not function properly, despite multiple attempts to use it.

I booked 2 rooms, when I try to checked in the second room the staff is rude when I’m asking for the pin for the locker. When time for refund, I only received 1 room refund although I booked and pay for 2 room deposit. I’ve texted them to look on this matter but they didn’t bother to check until i reached out again and again.
