The room just nice for a quick rest for an event. Access nearby are available with 24h store. Fast reply from the owner and very helpful.

As for the parking, if you park inside, total would be RM12/per entry (imagine if you need to go out 2-3 times perday). And for the underground parking, should you seek advices from the property. As for outside park, first comes first served & pay to the government. The place should be like a mall but no outlet (like a ghost mall) so you need to get out to search for halal food, etc (reflect back to the parking rates per entry).
