Location is great.

The beds were separated (even though they asked us if we wanted a large double bed or separate ones), the walls were dirty, the cleanliness was not up to par, and you have to ask separately for the WIFI password, which doesn’t make sense because if the apartment is self check-in, everything should be ready for the guest without them needing to ask.

La salle de bain mériterait une réfection des joints crasseux et un bon nettoyage de la porte de la cabine de douche! Mobilier sans charme en provenance d'Ikea. Vu l'histoire de la bâtisse et sa localisation, un mobilier avec de l'histoire aurait fait la différence. Une rampe d'escalier serait nécessaire pour sécuriser l'accès très étroit et raide. Ou alors éviter d'aller boire un coup le soir en ville! 😅 L'envoi du code d'accès a été tardif et a nécessité un appel en plus d'un message (souci informatique ?). Pas de contact direct avec les propriétaires. On est sur du 100% location au tourisme de masse!

La camera è in una posizione molto buona. L’appartamento era pulito. Microonde funzionante. Frigo funzionante. Una volta che si chiudevano porte e finestre c’era silenzio.

Il materasso era veramente scomodo (un materasso sottile più un topper). Oltretutto abbiamo dormito sul coprimaterasso e c’erano due lenzuola minuscole separate (immagino fossero per un letto singolo), una per me e una per il mio ragazzo. Lo spazio molto limitato: cucina, camera e salotto tutto insieme. Bagno minuscolo in cui faticano anche a starci le gambe. Il miscelatore della doccia era su per miracolo (buchi enormi da cui sembra possa uscire da un momento all’altro). Abbiamo cenato una sera a casa e c’era solo un piatto piano e un piattino da frutta. Molto scomodo trovare parcheggio in zona (noi ci siamo stati ad agosto), anche quello a pagamento è sempre pieno.

House Gorica is the best accommodation in Croatia on our two weeks holiday. In the heart of Sibenik. Lovely terrace where we had our breakfast, modern apartment with all the equipment, I was very grateful to use kitchenette. Andrija was very helpful to us. Was a great stay in Sibenik. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.

The place looks like in the pictures, everything was functional, great location and clean. We had really nice stay here.
