Fantastic service from the host. A bed was broken when we arrived and a few hours after we notified the host a new bed was in place. Many nice beaches within a 30 minute drive and close to both Zadar and Biograd with a popular water park. Also close to shops such as Lidl and Plodine. Our children have loved the house's pool and the opportunity to spend a whole day at the house.

You are dependent on a car to get to the beaches.

The place is very lovely. Conditioners in each room and the pool makes you feel very fresh when its hot. The garden is very spacious and the rooms are big. The villa is very modern, clean and fresh. You have all the accessories needed in the kitchen and the bathroom and it’s enough for the big company. The owner is really lovely and helpful. You can also have a fantastic bbq outside! The location is good. Its very quiet around. You can quickly get to any beaches in about 15mins. We enjoyed staying there!!! Very good for the big company of friends or family! Absolutely fantastic! Recommend!!!

House is located in a quiet and peaceful area away from the city. For us it was a plus and we could fully enjoy our vacation. We love the swimming pool. The host is kind and helpful.

There should be more plates and cups for tea.

I loved the pool and the sunbeds, the rooms were lovely, there was hot water and all the facilities we needed. The owner is an amazing woman that was such a help during our stay. 100% recommend

The location is a little bit difficult but it’s great for some peace with friends or family.

We found the house extremely dirty, a complete mess. The house is not equiped and seems unfinished. No one appeared. I contacted the Property and Booking and both let me know that I should cancel and be reimbursed. That is what I did, and I had to find another house late in the evening. But several weeks later Booking has denied liability due to the Property having refused to return the money. Booking says that the pictures are not conclusive of what I say

Nice pool, very nice garden area. Very friendly and helpful host. Nice neighbors.

- Location in the middle of the farmers village (dogs barking from early hours of the morning, tractors and other noises) - No hot water in the kitchen sink. - No cold water in the bathroom basin. - Bad smell in one of the bathrooms - Very limited kitchen equipment, no wine glass, only one pot and two pans, no chopping board, no rubbish bags, - Many unfinished details, looks like the property is still under refurbishment) - MESS, MESS, AND MESS outside the property. This place got a great potential, but still needs a plenty of work to be done.

Nice swimming pool, host communicated quite promptly solving our problems, for example issue with clogged drain in the shower

It was quite disappointing, photos do not really reflect reality, place is still under construction, lot of unfinished details, surrounding is not pleasant at all, it is located literally at the and of the world, lot of mess in the neighborhood

My friends and I recently stayed at this spacious Airbnb house. With three bedrooms and enough room to comfortably accommodate six people. We were satisfied with the amenities available, including a refreshing pool right next to a convenient barbecue area. Throughout our stay, the host was incredibly friendly and maintained excellent communication with us. They were prompt in answering any questions we had and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality. One important aspect to note is that the house rules specifically mentioned avoiding parties, which we fully respected. This is worth mentioning because there are neighboring properties just across the fence.
