Very nice environment, very convenient location and nice people! Highly recommended.

Location is great, close to the city centre (harbour) and to some beaches. The accommodation is really spacious. There’s a grocery store there, downstairs at the back of the building.

We stayed for 5 nights and we were provided only 1 toilet paper roll. Also our towels were not changed during the whole stay. The host was pretty responsive on the first day and after that the communication ended. Any time we asked for something on WhatsApp there was no response..

The location is great. Good for airport transfer and close to the city center and the port.

Our reservation was confirmed in the application but we couldn't get in touch with the property for details, although we wrote several messages, called the property and the customers assitance on booking. The communication with customers is almost inexistent.

The location is really convenient, close to Genova Brignole station. There are a supermarket, self service laundry, bars, and restaurants around. It is easy to find what you needed and travel to all attractions by walking, buses, and metro. I got a very spacious room. There are coffee maker and kettle in the common area. The host was very nice and helpful during my stay.

Place was clean, nice and location was very convenient.

The description was unclear and my reservation not fitting with a travel for work. When it is just a room, it should be clearly notified by booking when we are booking for professional travels

it was not an hotel. To be clearly classed outside hotel list. but perhaps it was just the beginning of the activity the access to the building was not easily individuable
