Del apartamento me gustó mucho la ubicación, la limpieza y sobretodo las almohadas.

Lo único q no me gustó es que al estar muy céntrico hay bastante ruido a la noche.

location is good, next to the square. The breakfast arrangemnt is good also.

no room service during the stay. Room is very small, 2 single beds, the basic ones. No chair in the room, just a small table. no front reception, but remotely. luggae storing is 15 mins walking from the hotel, that's need to be fixed! doesn't make any sense you walk 15 mins with lugggaes just to store them. This remote recepetion, might be cost effective but impact dramitically on the level of service. especially considering the amount we pay (20-25% less cost per night comparing to regular hotels with reception, cleaning and storage). BTW, none of the above was listed in the hotel page in booking, or maybe I didn't see.

Posizione centralissima, 100 metri dalla piazza principale di Cracovia. L'insonorizzazione delle camere altro aspetto positivo, nonostante il gran "via vai" della piazza nessun disturbo per il sonno nelle ore serali. Letti molto comodi.

L'assenza di una reception, molto comodo il self check in/out, ma la struttura viene venduta come hotel quindi mi aspetto un minimo di servizi interni e anche le minime richieste possono essere fatte solo telefonicamente. Per 4 giorni forniscono un solo asciugamano che non viene mai cambiato se non a pagamento...
