No había aire acondicionado, no dan shampoo y el último día no me dejaron toallas limpias, las tuve que ir a pedir
COEl hotel esta en una zona con acceso a transporte público, es un hotel que tiene lo necesario para una buena estadía. Tienen recepción 24 horas.
La estadía estuvo agradable, es un hotel que cumple con lo básico. Mejorar menú del desayuno.
MXDifficult to check in. Given a room with only one bed at first, despite booking two beds. Second room did have two beds but no couch or seat as described in listing. Water started flowing from the door arch to the bathroom in the middle of the night. We were offered two additional bath towels as a solution. While tracking down assistance for the water leak there was no security at the front desk, front door of hotel was not secured. This is not the best neighborhood in Mexico city, which is ok, but not locking the front door after hours is super sketchy. Advertised room service appeared to be flyers for local restaurants. They would not allow food delivery company up to the room in leu of room service. We paid cash and getting a refund was an exceedingly excruciating exercise. Staff was frustrating to deal with.

cumplia con lo descrito
MXSon super atentos, aunque no aparecía mi reserva, me dieron las llaves y esperamos a que apareciera para el cobro completo. El metro de guerrero esta en la siguiente cuadra y el de buenavista, 10 de 10.
Lo único, es la zona hay mucho indigentes y si eres mujer, no lo recomendaría. Si vas en compañía mucho mejor.

MXMXLa zona, esta cerca de estación de tren suburbano metro y otros transportes. Personal amable.
El ruido es excesivo desde temprano, los huéspedes suelen llegar en estado de ebriedad , ponen música alta desde las 4 o 5 de la mañana, me toco un pleito cerca a esa hora, me cambiaron de habitación pero es lo mismo, ruido de la cocina, de la limpieza , del tráfico, es imposible dormir completo. Además la joven del restaurante no capta lo que uno pregunta y habla en voz super baja, como que no te pone atención, te deja sentado por mucho tiempo sin preguntar que se te ofrece.
