"We would stay there again."

Very friendly staff , nice pool, big rooms, quiet .

Its a bit sad that they dont speak english at all. You have to google everything because you cant ask for recommendations.

"Still a beautiful property but with a bad management"

It's still a very nice property: the pool, big rooms, garden, ice machine

Complete lack of interest from management of this property! Room was full of cockroaches every day and wasn't cleaned once during our 3 days stay. The end bill was miscounted for more than 1mln dong! It used to be a great hotel with the really cool owner who took care and thought of every detail (there were all kinds of snacks in the room, beer etc, great breakfast), now there are not even glasses in the room. Completely different vibe then couple years ago:(

"wonderful little find in a super location"

the rooms were spacious, clean and airy. the staff were delightful and super helpful. the pool was lovely (if a little cold!!). Villa Caribe is located near the beach and really close to some lovely small restaurants/coffee shops

the breakfasts were delicious but we were not able to choose what we wanted

"Untrust hotel when booking"

Successful booking on booking.com and have contacted and sent a message to confirm. However, the hotel unilaterally cancels my booking without any notification (by text or phone) to me. When calling to the hotel on the day of arrival, the hotel (Ms Ly) did not give a satisfactory reason. It is not recommended to book and stay at an untrustworthy hotel.
