I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Good location for general luna and the staff could not be more accommodating. Very comfortable bed and clean.

It is situated off the main road and you will hear music until around 12am.

Staff was very polite and they helped us about everything!

It can be noisy, because building is close to the main street. But after 12 everything is fine

The hotel is in a good location of General Luna. It was very clean and reception was welcoming.

We were given one roll of toilet roll, no hand soap at the sink, no body wash/shampoo. The bathroom was a parting wall, not much privacy. The shower head holder was snapped- had to hold the shower head whilst showering. Upstairs pipes came into our room- whenever they would flush toilet above it made loud noise in our room. There was only big main light for bathroom and room - couldn’t just have a side light/ just bathroom light on. There wasn’t any filtered water / accessible water which I feel should be a given with the fee of the room. The other rooms in pictures look lovely, shame we were given the downstairs one.

החדר היה מרווח ונקי, מים חמים. המיקום שלו מושלם!! על הרחוב הראשי, מרחק הליכה קצר מרוב המקומות. בעלת המקום מקסימה ונענת לכל בקשה.

המיקום ממש מרכזי אז בערב שומעים את המוזיקה מהברים לנו לא הפריע.

De regen douche heeft alleen koud water en dat werd niet vermeld op de advertentie.

Les boules quies fournies pour ne pas entendre le bruit des bars (la musique s'éteint tous les soirs à minuit donc pas si gênant). La proximité avec absolument tout dans General Lune, même pas besoin de louer de scooter !
