"Hoax"

Extremely small room. Unjustifiably expensive for what they have to offer. Very rude staff. The only representative I could talk to directly was a maid who knew only Italian. When we complained about the extremely small room and the very high temperature overnight (26 degrees Celsius), we were told by the maid that they mesure the size of the room including the bathroom. In our absence, they then dismantled the room thermometer. They refused our request to shorten our stay and refund the difference

Once we entered the room, in the toilet there was still pieces of broken wall from a recently renovation

That is called resort but I didn’t see a resort
