The property felt homely & had everything we needed. We loved the location, with a grocery store, bakery & restaurant onsite and only a short drive to Wanaka & highly recommended hikes. The staff quickly responded to any queries we had. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

That it was clean and tidy and pets allowed and that there was a floor length mirror.

Great location with dairy, restaurant and bakery right next door. Easy checkin. Exceptionally clean.

Very well heated. The gas fireplace dried our snow clothes each night. The washer dryer was very useful. The bedrooms each had panel heaters and the upstairs bathroom had lovely underground heating and good shower pressure. The kitchen was very clean and had what we needed for breakfast and simple snacks. Four square was right next door, handy for snacks. Pembroke Patisserie was excellent and we were sad to say goodbye to it. Location was perfect for exploring the area. We liked that it was quiet and not crowded.

The water went out each morning for the first few days of our stay. We could see a truck on the road doing some plumbing work. We messaged on booking.com and called. No reply via message and someone answered the phone but didn’t call us back. It would have been good to get a response about how long and many days it would last for. Otherwise, everything in the property was great and we would book again.
