The place is very clean and nice.

I was disturbed that we had no parking place. The owner told us to park on a street close to the flat and "forgot" to tell us we could only park there until 7 am. So. we found the whole car covered with wood chips because it was an institution that was doing some work on that street. We tried to put the luggage in the car, and then all the wood pieces went inside, not to mention the fact that I may have damages the car. The flat also had problems with the energy supply. The whole energy stops if you have the air conditioning turned on and a hairdryer.

Good location, close to Venezia. Nice and tidy apartment. Very helpful staff, always ready to help with anything. Definitely, we will back there in the future.

Igor was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was immaculate and very well appointed. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Very convenient location for food and trips into Venice. Highly recommend!!!!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is brand new, and fully stacked with everything you could possibly need. We loved the mix of contemporary and antique styles. It's only a three minute walk to the bus stop that have direct busses to Venice. Also, there are several shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We will remember this place fondly. 10/10

The apartment was perfect with all the facilities one could need. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy. The location is perfect for Venice and very good value for money. The host was very kind, helpful and very good with communication. He helped us with our bags and assisted us in buying bus tickets to Venice.
