No TV remote couldn’t find but outside was great

The stay was nice very nice customer service

Everything was really nice

Good location, easy to get in and out. Easy check in Standard king bed Room had a microwave and refrigerator Good value for the price

Had to give a $50.00 cash deposit to check in A lot of debri and trash in parking lot outside of dumpsters

Staff was very helpful and fixed the Jacuzzi issue professionally and quickly.

I chose this place because of the cost and closeness to Universal Studios. Those were the 2 positive things about this stay.

The night before I was scheduled to stay, I received a call that told me if I needed a downstairs room with two queen beds, I would need to get a room with 3 beds and that I would need to pay $110 + $50 in cash instead of the $93 on my reservation. I hesitantly agreed. When I was assigned room 114, there was only 2 queen beds and a locked door that I was told was to an additional bed. I could not get the TV to work and the heat/AC unit would not come on. I complained to the office and 2 young girls came down to see if they could fix without luck. A few minutes later, a man came in to assist and the girls left. He eventually got the TV to work without the remote and after doing something in an adjoining room, got the heat/AC to work. I am attaching pictures of the room conditions.
