Super clean. Friendly receptionist that can’t do enough for you. The whole hotel feels shiney and new. Breakfast was amazing. Best location in Selva.

Great spa and breakfast

Staff needs training in communication and the parking situation isn’t what you’d expect of a 4 star hotel. The staff directed us to a parking lot which turned out to be the wrong one, despite confirming multiple times. Only after escalation the hotel agreed to pay for the mistake, but that required a lot of talking and wasn’t the end you’d wish to an otherwise good stay…

The hotel was really nice and clean. We had a deluxe room and really liked it. It was a rainy day when we arrived so we spend the day at the spa which was amazing. Carpark was in a garage. Plenty of options at breakfast and comfortable beds. In the city center which was nice.

Everything was amazing at the hotel BUT the restaurant food was TERRIBLE. It was raining and many of the restaurant were already closed so we went to the hotel restaurant. Atmosphere was strange and the food was expensive and bad. Worst and most expensive meal I had in Italy. Dry fish with spinach and quinoa or something. No sauce, everything was dry and tasteless for 34 euros.
