The location is very good as it is very near to town (Kuala Kangsar). no heavy traffic, near convenient store, covered carpark and cleanliness is very good. In overall, the place is good and convenient.

The water pressure is a bit low. Maybe in certain period of time its a bit hot. If could provide air-condition would be better on top of the current amenities.
