"Adequate for our needs but wouldn't return"

view from the back garden. owners were pleasant and helpful. shower was good if small.

no water, tissues or biscuits in room and only caffeinated tea. would have given better marks if we hadn't been disturbed by other noisy residents coming in at 2am. noise travelled from room above in the night and was very disturbing.
