Posizione tranquilla non lontana dalla marina raggiungibile in 18 minuti a piedi o 4 minuti in auto. Appartamento fornito di tutto con anche lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Completo di elettrodomestici per la cucina. Pulito e spazioso. Ampio balcone su cui fare colazione

mettre une table plus grande sur le balcon afin de prendre ses repas à l'extérieur (déjà suggérer à l'hôte).

"Très beau séjour à St Martin."

Bon rapport qualité / prix pour ce petit appartement dans une résidence fermée. On peut profiter de la piscine qui est très propre. Terrasse bien orientée qui permet de manger à l'ombre. A proximité du port de Marigot et de ses restaurants. A 15 mn de la très belle plage de Grand Case.

The accommodation is within walking distance of the center. The apartment is quiet, well equipped and clean. Parking is right in front of the house. There is a shop, bakery and pharmacy nearby. Gran-Case beach is 15 minutes by car. The host is very helpful.

The property has everything you would need and a very good kitchen. And fairly spacious considering the price

Only thing about the property that I didn’t like was that the water was off for the first day that we were there
