I am deeply touched by the kindness of Mr. Fahad, the night shift in charge. His unwavering commitment to ensuring my comfort and promptly addressing my needs is truly remarkable. His constant smile and exceptional competence make every stay a delightful experience. The front office team deserves special recognition as well. The daytime supervisor on duty who offered me a free upgrade and the local Omani lady were always ready with a smile, providing excellent service and ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism and genuine care made me feel truly valued as a guest.

Location is accessible. Staffs are very friendly, especially Mr Fahad, I felt like someone who really cares about providing excellent service to guests. And breakfast was very nice.
