Easily 10/10. Perfect location, a short walk to the main square, the Promenada mall and the river. It's in a new, modern building, which feels very safe. The apartment itself is nicely decorated, very clean and spacious enough for 2 people. Bed is quite comfy and some chocolate on the nightstand was a nice touch, too. There is also a small nice balcony for morning coffee. No noise from the outside (the window doesn't face the street) or neighboring apartments. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you may need and more, including the kettle, coffee machine, toaster and cups/glasses of different sizes. Same for bathroom, there is a hairdryer, some basic cosmetics and a sufficient amount of toilet paper (the fact that most hosts just leave you with one roll is my pet peeve). Finally, the hostess is communicative and friendly.

Супер расположение, хозяйка очень дружелюбная и отзывчивая, номер оборудован всем, что необходимо для короткого пребывания!

Хотелось бы видеть в номере стиральную машину и телевизор с ютубом (телевизор в номере только с местной тв-приставкой).
