Balcony Living Apartment

They have excellent staff that works 7 days a week and they are all very friendly and professional. The Balcony Living villa was an excellent location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, convenience stores, and even a gym we joined while on the island. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool and the pleasant feeling of the property. We only had to purchase water ($3 USD for 5 gallons) that refilled the cooler in our residence, and approx. $60 USD for electric for the month. Balcony living was very reasonably priced, and like a hotel provided towels, cleaning every 2 - 3 days or when requested, and pool towels and bath amenities

As with any residence, Balcony had a few small issues such as a light out, internet down for an entire evening, a blocked shower drain, and better cleaning needed on several occasions. The major downside for light sleepers or hearing sensitive ears was a very close (next door) party with loud nearly concert level music for several hours multiple nights per week. This did not provide a relaxing downtime or quiet evenings and could not be predicted/scheduled.

I was allowed to check in a bit earlier and check out later, which was very convenient for me. There’s a water dispenser. A new bottle costs 50,000, and the staff help replace it when needed. The kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking. Great value for money. The staff respond very quickly to any requests. When the fridge light went out, someone came and fixed it within an hour. When the toilet broke, they also called a technician right away and resolved the issue. Good location — within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy. I would definetely recommend this place and would stay there again

The staff don’t speak English. The bed was not very comfortable and made squeaky noises. The lighting on the first floor is quite dim — it could use a bit more brightness. It would be nice if there were smart TVs, so people could access YouTube or other apps.

I liked that it was so close to the main strip of shops and the beach but in a quiet location on a tucked away street! And also there is a convenience store right across the road which was super handy.

The only thing I would say is I wish we were given a few more towels but that’s if everything was perfect!

You get what you pay for at this accom! It is nothing spectacular but is more than fine for something cheap and quite clean and comfy for the most of part. Quiet surroundings, private and easy to access.

Air conditioner up stairs did not cool the room properly. Bathroom shower quite run down.

Location was good. Apartment set back off the road so not a lot of road noise. Very spacious apartments with a small kitchenette. Bed very comfortable.

The air conditioner in the bedroom didn’t work well. No kettle or kitchen knives. No pool towels provided.

Lovely place and well equipped. The staff is super polite and friendly and upon request cleaned the room.

Price for the water refill increased during our stay from 30k to 50k and after getting a refill we were notified and needed to pay the remaining amount after the increase. Couch is very squeaky and could be more comfy.
