The staff, the breakfast, the view from the room, the beach. Everything was perfect.

The beach is not directly off the hotel, it's a steep 7 minute walk down. The walk up is tiring.

The pool and outside area is lovely with beautiful views - as it looks in the photos. We liked the location as it was in a quieter area and near beaches (we had a car so it was easy to get into the town centre). The restaurant attached to the hotel was also very nice. Staff in the restaurant were also friendly. The balcony in the rooms was nice.

The room was below standard and needs more attention/renovation. It was smaller than it appeared in photos and there wasn’t space to put our suitcases. The bathroom didn’t have ventilation so there was a lot of mould build up on the ceiling and around the shower. This made the bathroom feel dirty/grimy and also made the room feel stuffy - we had to keep the balcony door open to get fresh air in. We raised the issue of mould being a health problem with the manager but they did not see it as a problem and said there was nothing they could do. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The daily cleaning was surface level - from what we could tell they only made the bed and changed the bins. They didn’t provide pool towels and there wasn’t anywhere to hang towels and swimwear on the balcony.

L'hotel si trova in una zona di Kas tranquilla e ha una vista sul mare a dir poco spettacolare, sia dalla piscina (vera chicca dell'hotel) che dalle camere. La nostra camera era bellissima, spaziosa e pulita. La colazione non era a buffet, ma è davvero molto ricca e varia ogni giorno in alcune pietanze. L'hotel è a conduzione famigliare e sono tutti super gentili, accoglienti e disponibili a qualsiasi ora. Consigliato anche il ristorante per cena. Ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore.

Beautiful location and delicious breakfast. It was so nice to wake up and start the day with fresh food and then cool off in the pool later. Facilities were comfy and it's a great spot for walking or catching the dolmus into town. Handy parking for rental car. We found the bed comfortable and it was great having a mini drying rack on our balcony for clothes/togs.

The floors tended to get a little grubby and the cleaning of them didnt seem to be part of house keeping. It was handy having the free slippers though. Would also recommend having a heavier blanket for the beds as we found the duvet a bit light especially when keeping the air-conditioning on. A side light for the beds would also be great.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Vue magnifique, bonne cuisine, équipe aux petits soins (surtout Amine que nous remercions viivement pour sa gentillesse et son énergie), bus qui passe devant l'hotel pour aller en ville; tout était parfait. nous recommandons les chambres avec vue sur mer.

2 points mineurs: manque de lumière d'appoint sur la table de nuit pour lire le soir. Wifi non toujours disponible dans les chambres, ce qui finalement ne nous a pas si dérangé. car nous y avions accès dans le reste de l'hotel...
