It is important that you keep in mind: -For security, access to the room, gym and pool will be possible until the key and the room are delivered. -Check in is done from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation. -"Early check" in is not available. -We do not have a luggage storage area. -The free cleaning service we provide is weekly and is performed every seventh day of stay. Extra cleaning service is available at an additional cost. -The gym and pool have a limited number of guests. Ask for details at reception. -The pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is active and is for the exclusive use of guests. -The suite does not have kitchen utensils services. If required, we have a kit with an additional cost at reception. -We don't have any room service.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
