Extra cleaning service is available at an additional cost. -The gym and pool have a limited number of guests. Ask for details at reception. -The pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is active and is for the exclusive use of guests. -The suite does not have kitchen utensils services. If required, we have a kit with an additional cost at reception. -We don't have any room service.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "I would never stay there again"

Property was in a great location great service

At night we had somebody fighting upstairs on the fourth floor. It was terrible and scary. Worst feeling ever. And no one went up there to try to calm anybody down nor did they call the cops

No entiendo el por que tiene una cocina o estufa, si no tiene ollas, ni platos, ni servicios, ni vasos

La cercanía al lugar de interés

Avisé que el check-in lo haría de madrugada y cuando llegué no contestaban el teléfono y tardaron en abrir la puerta. Para el costo del hotel, mínimo deberían de tener agua en la habitación y lo básico para la ducha.
