Pondok Sarwi

This family-run, Balinese-owned accommodation is new (no mold!), clean, and very centrally located in Ubud. It has just two rooms, one on the ground floor and one upstairs, both with a small balcony in front, and both equipped with AC and a fan. The Balinese couple who run the guesthouse are incredibly kind and welcoming. I stayed here for most of my time in Ubud and would absolutely choose it again. Breakfast is lovely and can be served either in the shared eating area or right on your balcony. Highly, highly recommended!

Great place, great location, great value, nice owners!

In contrast to the very crowded town center of Ubud, I enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful time. The room was kept very clean, and we could enjoy the morning and evening views from the balcony. Breakfast could be chosen from several menus, and if you let the owner know in advance what time you wanted it, they would prepare it perfectly.

At night while sleeping, the refrigerator noise was slightly annoying.

We loved the location, the comfort and the wonderful hospitality of Omik and Allo.
