Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung, aber wir konnten schnell und unkompliziert kommunizieren und die Schlüsselübergabe organisieren. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, die sich auf einem Hügel befindet, die Sicht wird aber von umliegenden Gebäuden verstellt.

In der Wohnung war es sehr kalt. Wir hatten schlechtes Wetter und in der Wohnung gab es nur kleine elektrische Heizkörper. Es war nicht möglich eine normale Raumtemperatur zu erreichen, auch wegen der undichter Fenster. Während eines Gewitters ist auch noch Wasser in das Wohnzimmer durch das geschlossene Fenster eingedrungen. Da sollte man in neue Fenster investieren.

It is located on the third floor without an elevator, but the stairs are not very strenuous and the building is nice and tidy. He even pointed out the surroundings of the building that it is in a very good place. Close to the city center and lots of local shops. Possibility of parking on the street in front of the building. Parking is 0.8 euros per hour from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The area where the apartment is located is on a hill and you have to walk a lot if necessary, but the surrounding streets are beautiful and there are many vantage points with a beautiful view of the city. The apartment is tidy and there are no unpleasant smells. The view is not attractive, but it is not bad either. It is very quiet and peaceful and one can rest well at night. The owner Eduardo is easily accessible. Friendly and always at your service. You feel a friend in him. The layout of the rooms is excellent. The furniture is neat and quite acceptable. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The water heating system is gas powered, as are the oven stoves, so it was a little surprising to us, but it's easy to get used to. The internet is optical, excellent and reliable. The TV channels are local and the TV is smart but smaller diagonal. If necessary, someone can also sleep in the living room in a pull-out bed. Finally, I would love to come back to this apartment and visit Lisbon and Portugal again.

Everything was great and we didn't smell any smell from the bathroom and we felt more than welcome. Eduardo was very good to us and we will be happy to come back.

A localização é muito boa, o anfitrião é uma pessoa extremamente prestativa e o apartamento é bem confortável, dispõe de cozinha, uma sala grande e 2 quartos também grandes.

O apartamento fica no terceiro andar e não tem elevador. Estava com 6 malas e foi difícil subir. Porém o anfitrião me informou que, se eu tivesse avisado antes, ele teria enviado os empregados para ajudar. Inclusive ele nos ajudou a carregar as malas, e isso é um ponto bem importante. Ou seja, mesmo o ponto negativo foi positivo.
