Location.

This was by far the most unprofessional and unpleasant stay I have experienced through Booking. The apartment had no running water whatsoever, and despite assurances from the host, the issue was never resolved for the entire duration of my stay. I lost over two hours waiting for a solution, only for the host to stop responding entirely, at one point even declining my calls. This level of negligence is unacceptable. When I did reach him by phone, the host was extremely rude. Instead of addressing the issue, he threatened to send security guards to remove us from the apartment simply because we raised concerns about the lack of water. Ultimately, we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation at our own expense. The check-in process had already been poor, the security staff were completely unprepared and had no idea how to facilitate entry. The apartment itself was substandard: unclean, poorly maintained, and far below what was advertised. The host’s behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable. It is the bare minimum expectation that a property provides running water and respectful communication, neither of which were met here. For anyone considering this property: I strongly urge you to book elsewhere, even at a higher cost. The stress, hostility, and lack of basic facilities make this listing unworthy of being on Booking.com.

The host, Mr. Dickson, was super awesome and was there at our beck and call. The facility was also nice, and we could access almost everything from within, restaurants, shops, etc. If you are a swimmer and you'd like to access the pool, note that the pool is not accessible on Mondays
