Hostel Erfan

Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by a very unpleasant interaction with one of the owners. Despite following the house rules, I was spoken to in a disrespectful and confrontational way, including cultural remarks that I found discriminatory. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Rules are enforced inconsistently by different staff, and the approach can feel more accusatory than hospitable.

Do not use they're airport pickup you can get it 10 times cheaper with the Oman taxi app, and would be nice to have bed sheets provided as is was only provide with a bed without bed sheets

When you live there, we don't get the freedom that we get by paying for it. The behavior there is like living in someone's house for free. The owner of the place doesn't show any respect to us for paying to stay there, he gives it to everyone for free.

About a 10 minute drive away from the airport so spent several hours here to freshen up and rest before flying. Large, quiet building, friendly staff. Very good value for money.

Erfan Hostel was a clean and peaceful accommodation with kind and helpful staff. I was very satisfied and would recommend it to others.
