Great location, not too far to walk to the town, the lake or the train station. Lovely view towards the Cathedral too. A few minor things such as a missing light bulb in one of the lights and a slight drain smell occasionally in one of the bathrooms. Overall a great, spacious apartment and would recommend.

Perfect spot! You can walk to the waterfront, the plaza, etc. very cute apartment. The views are gorgeous.

I recently stayed at this hotel apartment during my visit to Lake Como, and while the location was beautiful, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, the apartment wasn't as clean as expected , with spider webs in some corners, During our stay, we also had issues with the water cutting off for a period, and the air conditioning was not working during our last night , making it difficult to sleep. In addition to these problems, we were also asked to follow a lengthy list of cleaning instructions before checkout, which we found very unusual for a hotel apartment. We were expected to clean the kitchen, wash and put away the dishes, stack towels, and more.. While we understand keeping the space tidy, the request seemed unprofessional This place has a lot of potential due to its great location, but the management needs to address these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

Location was great, amazing view. Close proximity to everything. Kitchen meets needs for a short stay. We stayed at the property for 5 days / 4 nights. Everything was provided. We did not have any problems everything was functional at the property.

Beds could be a little more comfortable. Would love if they provided higher quantity of some things such as: Towels, Napkins, toilet paper, coffee pods. Im sure if we requested them they would have provided them with no problem though.

Location was a 10min walk to the town centre. Still close enough to the sites, the unit's location still provides a peaceful santuary facing the hill where the furnicular railway runs. There is a deli/store downstairs where one can get basic daily necessities. Instructions to access the unit was quite clear. Property management was very reachable and responsive throughout the stay via whtsapp which was helpful as we had an issue with the hot water system the following morning. Very helpful with dining suggestions and transport getting around Lake Como. There is a spacious balcony. They had someone top up toilet paper when it was clearly not done when we arrived, without us needing to point this out. which was a relief. Coffee pods were made available but lack of mindfulness, being insufficient, with us being a party of 6 staying 2 nights, only 4 pods were given.

Towel hangers at the toilets would be helpful to have as there was none. The unit was overall clean but the dryer's lint was not removed. Suggestion that felt could be placed under chairs to aid moving the chairs so as to not to disturb the neighbours. The door to the unit can be at times difficult to open. If one has difficulty with steps, there are a few to negotiate to reach the lift lobby upon arriving. There is also one step to access the kitchen from the living area.
