Apache Motel

Check in went well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Vacuuming in the middle of the night was not a good idea. I do not know why the staff had to vacuum at 11:30pm or 1:00am.

threw up from the smell, parts of furniture, holes in blankets, leaky water, the vent was scotch taped to the ceiling? the sink scotch taped to the wall at least the neighbors had good music taste kept us up all night tho :/

Its convenient and clean

The remote control dont work and i got it changed to a different one and still doesnt work. I asked for an extra pillow for the guest of mine and i got turned down. The pillows are too thin, cant even feel that im laying on them! Also i had a problem on my door key.. it was working good at first and then all of a sudden it just stopped working

I DID NOT STAY at the Apache. I had an email confirmation on the morning of June 12. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff met me outside yelling that my reservation was canceled!!! I'm disabled and was FURIOUS! I EXPECT booking.com to refund my payment IMMEDIATELY! The hotel staff told me that they don't refund money when the payment went to booking.com! Customer Service should CALL ME at 312-662-3371 as I have spent HOURS trying to contact customer service, without success.

Nothing, everything was very bad.

Ripped up and holes in blankets and sheets. Every inch of the room was very bad and had stains all over. Toilet seat is what they use in KG class for toddlers, very very small. They also have full on porn running on TV, right after cartoon channel. Avoid it specially if traveling with family.
