"Un "tuffo" in montagna e al mare con uno sguardo."

Gli ampi spazi all'aperto attrezzati e dentro casa, la vegetazione curata intorno alla casa e quella selvaggia naturale del paesaggio circostante. La vista sul mare su Capo Palinuro. La valorizzazione degli spazi utilizzando una pietra arenaria del posto, integrando perfettamente il costruito dell'uomo a questo paesaggio. La qualità dell'aria, la frescura, dei luoghi, qui siamo a circa 460 m di altezza sul livello del mare. Le foto non rendono la bellezza di questi luoghi,.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, ci sono un po' di salite da fare con strada stretta, ma ne vale lla pena.

Una villetta con tutti i comfort. Panorama mozzafiato dal grande balcone delle camere da letto. Ben rinfrescata dal sistema di condizionamento in tutti gli ambienti. Cucina con tutto l'occorrente. Bella anche la parte esterna con barbecue, gazebo, tavoli e doccia esterna. Ci ritorneremo. Davvero tanto gentili i proprietari che ci hanno deliziato con le bontà del loro orto... Abbiamo mangiato dei fichi pazzeschi.

"Beautiful villa with an amazing view!"

After a long day of travel we arrived at the house of Pasquale which was at first a bit hard to find. He was such an amazing friendly man, very polite and correct. What a beautiful, very spacious 2-level villa with such an amazing view over the bay. Two bathrooms and a large kitchen and garden and private parking included. You definitely need a car when you are staying here, since the villa is +460M above sea level. Everything was perfect and clean. We enjoyed especially watching the amazing sunsets from our balcony. There are several beach towns with many restaurants and bars. Unfortunately many were closed since we visited mid November. Whenever we are in this area again, we will definitely book it again! Thank you Pasquale💚
