Comfort to stay at , very clean but the breakfast was no that good I would recomend it to others

Easy and smooth check-in. We stayed at the hotel part of the building (not the hostel) and the room was clean, spacious and seemed to have been renovated recently. Breakfast was great and the staff was very kind. Highly recommended!

No telefon in the Room to speak with Resption,the Bed is not comfotable,No free Park very expensiv for like this Hotel its Hostel more than Hotel.

Worst experience ever! Went with my gf to spend new year's and it was the worst decision we've had. We traveled all over Sweden and Norway and this was the worst experience. We almost didn't enjoy Gothenburg because of this place. Trusted the 8.4 over 10 and some of the reviews, but we should've seen it was just a 1 star hotel. As we saw it was just a little cheaper than Scandic at centrum and had a window we decided to stay at the SPOTON HOTEL. Location is far from centrum, about half hour walk, when we got off the tram we thought some gangster was going jump on us. As it was a hotel we expected the room to be cleaned daily but they didn't do it even once. The shower had trouble as when the first one got a shower the whole bathroom was full of water and everything was wet, almost got the room wet, we told the front desk and they helped us with that but even when they got in to fix the problem the bed wasn't done and the room was still dirty. Breakfast was one of the reasons we booked spoton as it was included but we just had it once as it was terrible, my gf even got sick after it so we never had it again. Restaurant seemed very unhealthy and it also had a very unpleasant smell, the bacon there was like plastic as well as the eggs. We had a late check in and it was done in the restaurant, and the guy there didn't even had enough breakfast tickets for us. BTW don't bother getting a room with a view we had a view of an old building on the side nothing else and paid extra!!

It was a nice and clean small hotel. Very close to public transport which was a huge plus and few stops away from central station. Breakfast was very good

Location was good but its hostle +hotel so they not provided fascilities to rooms as we need kettle,they said that you can use from hostle kitchen No heating was in the room and they not clean the room on 2nd day we said them for this but they ignore

It was a very good experience at Spoton Hotel! Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Jonathon, he helped me a lot, very appreciated !! The room is very tidy and clean , they clean up very well everyday ! The breakfast is awesome, thanks for the chef prepares those good food very well everyday.This hotel is just located opposite to the theme park, it is very good for take rest after whole day playing exciting rides and games. I definitely will recommend to friends and who is coming Gothenburg for visiting.
