Non sanno cosa significa essere ospitali. Siamo arrivati in 13 in bici per la Parenzana alle 22 e il ristorante era gia’ chiuso, abbiamo chiesto se potevano prepararci almeno un toast ma non ne hanno voluto sapere. C’era un frigo di gelati, gli abbiamo chiesto di prendere quelli addebitando il costo sulle camere ma il tipo del bar ce lo ha negato dicendo che aveva gia’ chiuso il registro di cassa. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare un taxi per andare a porto rose che e’ arrivato con una attesa di 40 minuti e nel mentre che chiedevano se c’erano novità sul suo arrivo il tipo della reception beatamente si stava mangiando un hamburger….qualche corso di customer service forse e’ basilare…

Die Geräumigkeit und die moderne Ausstattung des Appartements. Bequemes Doppelbett, gemütliche Couch, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, großer Fernseher, Klimaanlage, riesiger Balkon, alles vorhanden.

Der etwas weitere Weg zum Hotel (wir hatten Halbpension) und zum Strand. Insgesamt 98 Stufen.

Apartmán je hezký, nový, velmi dobře vybavený, včetně kuchyňky, pohodlné postele. Oceňovali jsme možnost parkovat ve stínu pod střechou v parkovacím domě. Kolem apartmánů je hodně zeleně.

pláž - poplatek za využití lehátkové sady za každý den, aby se člověk mohl osprchovat na pláži, musel vhodit mince. Venkovní prostory, zejména schody s přístupem k apartmánům nikdo nikdy nezametal.

I came back to this resort as an adult after having spent time here as a child about 15 years ago. We love that this place has almost its own beachside with a nice pool, trees and a rocky beach. Great get-away location. (The roads are a bit steep and narrow, but that's just about true for the whole area, so come with an experienced driver.) The 2 bedroom apartments are very comfortable in size for 4 people. Cleaning service available every day. I also had a wonderful massage at the spa, 10/10 would recommend.

The first night we arrived the air conditioning wasn't working. I asked for a different apartment but they could only give a smaller one, so we had to spend one night on a couch. The staff vas very nice about it tho, and they did everything they could to resolve the situation. The air conditioning was fixed the next day and we were able to move back to the bigger apartment. They even gave us a discount at the end of our stay.
