Perfect location. Comunication with owners was perfect. Outside is one little priváte terrace with small garden.

Freezer is missing. Refrigerator wasnt enought.

I had a wonderful experience here. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with both AC and a fan, a large comfy bed, and a well-stocked, clean bathroom with great water pressure. There’s a nice lobby with tables, a coffee machine, and a great tea selection – perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal: quiet, central, and just a 2-minute walk to bus stops with direct connections to the airport and the rest of Olbia. The best part was the host – incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. I was greeted with cold water, tea, and coffee, and they were always happy to help. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

I am delighted with this place. It was my home in Sardinia for a few days, friendly with the fantastic Sophie who rents this place, very well located, close to the Promenade great restaurants, close to the bus stop to the airport, from the bus stop it is 90 m. There are also bus stops from which you can go to the beautiful beaches in Sardinia ,everything at your fingertips. The apartment was incredibly, clean, cozy, comfortable. That was great.

Beautiful home, very central, owner was always there to help. Free parking on streets near by.

Very smart property. We loved the room, it was big spaciuos and a very comfortable bed. A private veranda just outside, so could sit outside as well. The coffee machine only does coffee, but when I asked about tea making, I was given lemon tea pods, that was very much appreciated. Thank you.

Sophie was lovely. The apartment has a really nice location - waking distance to the city centre. Room is very big.
