Staff was pleasant and attentive to situations that came about.

I didn't like that my son found a syringe in the closet on the shelf where the bedding should have been.

the men working was creepy kept trying to get in my room at 2:30 in the morning i got woken up to the key card beeping and the door trying to open thank goodness i had the metal lock latched

The staff was friendly.

It was so disgustingly dirty in the room that I would never stay at this location again. The sheets and pillows were stained with urine and dirt. We would not have been upset if the location was cheap, but for $165 for the night, it was not worth it. We will not be returning.

Insufficient lighting for counter and sink outside of the bathroom. No freezer compartment in the room refrigerator.

I called and asked specifically if there was a public hot tub for my daughter's birthday. The clerk said yes, so I booked a double room through Booking.com. At check-in, I was told no public hot tub, only hot tub rooms. The clerk gave us the option to stay without access to a hot tub tor cancel the stay. My daughter and friend decided they didn't want to stay, so the clerk old me she she just refunded my payment for $156. I was still charged and my daughter's birthday sucked!

Breakfast Buffet was ok. They ran out of gravy and didn’t replace. They had rotten oranges and gnats. The waffle iron did not get the waffles done.

The indoor pool was closed and they could even give us the reason why. I really wanted to enjoy the pool since we were there for 2 days. Nothing was on the booking site about this. Really disappointed.
